How do I upgrade to edit my forms further?

The link I am following is just taking me to the Adobe forms homepage. I would like to be able to get email notifications and add a payment button to my form.

Please let me know how have you created the PDF form.

What kind of notifications do you want to add? What Adobe online service are you choosing?

Also, which link are you following?
