Hi fionas84727380,

I would recommend you to visit this link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and signin with you Adobe ID and you would be able to access the Adobe pdf pack online service.

All you have to do is click on the big blue 'Select pdf files to export' button, choose the files from your system's local storage and then click on 'Export to word' button.

Once the conversion process is completed, you will be prompted to download the converted file.
