How do I use my Adobe CreatePDF?

Every time I try to use it (already bought it), I am lead to subscribing again, which I already did.

Additionally, I would like to retrieve my username and password, the only data I have is the order number and my e-mail,please advise. Thanks!

    User name : The email address using which you have subscribed, should be use User name (Adobe Id).

    You can try to login on Adobe.com and there is option Don't have Adobe id enter the same email id and password reset link will be sent to your inbox from Adobe and you can create password.
