How do I validate my Acrobat subscription?

can not get my acrobate validated. asked for serial no. where i can find, it is not in my adobe

    Hi huic33688883,

    I have checked your account details at my end and as i can see, you have purchased Acrobat pro subscription so you don't need any serial no;

    Download the Acrobat XI Pro from this Link : Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X and install it, later you just need to sign-in with you Adobe ID and you would be able to use the software.

    Hi, Rahui it does not work,

    1. there is no "my adobe", i went to my purchase history, can see

    monthly subscription there, and said i will be charged $19.99 on 12th

    Mar. but checked my ac, on 12th Mar , there is no such payment out of my

    ac. and also on the invoice or prove of purchase etc, there is no serial

    no attached.

    i also tried to download the software, acrobate x10 something, but on

    the last step of installation, there is pop up box saying i can not be

    validated.

    then they pop up a screen asking me to enter serial no. ....

    please help. our deisnger can not view pdf file even under trial. as it

    is expired as well
