Okay, I have an image ( a photograph) I’ve converted to PDF and I want to write the text, or title, on it.

Ok, use an app like Photoshop or InDesign or Word. But DON'T USE PDF - it's for the final product, not something you want to edit. Use TIFF or JPEG. In Word you can put text on a picture.

I don't understand your question. Sorry. I just see some text from a title page - what are you trying to do, what do you try, and what happens when you try? This text seems very simple, quick to recreate in Word, no need to convert.
