    Hi paulagreen,

    To convert a PDF file to Word format, you need either an ExportPDF subscription or an Adobe PDF Pack subscription. You can find out more about both at http://cloud.acrobat.com. (You can also save to Word format from within Acrobat, but if you just need to convert PDF to Word, then the ExportPDF is the most economical choice.)
