How do you delete a file on <For Signature> in the new DC cos it doesn't have 'Manage' button?

I seem not to be able to delete a document that is listed in the <For Signature> section.

I have followed numerous useful like but it appears the new DC does not have the <Adobe Sign Manage> button.

The solution posted here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Document-Cloud-PDF-Services/How-to-delete-a-shared-for-signature-link-when-nothing-is/td-p/10342334#sa_src=web-messaging does not work either.

Please help!

    Hey Tia,

     

    I believe you haven't been able to locate "Adobe Sign Manage" radio button to locate documents sent for signature?

    After logging into Document Cloud web interaface here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ "Adobe Sign Manage" button will be avalaible under "For Signature".

     

    If it's not there in your case, check with a different web browser. Share the screenshot of webpage you see under "For siganture"

    I have the same issue.

     

    When going to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/, there is no Adobe Sign Manage button. There is no "For Signature." We actually need some direction as to where to go rather than just repeating over and over what doesn't work.

     

    Please provice some assistance.
