Yes. From SharePoint document libraries, you can:

Open a PDF file, edit it in Acrobat, and save it back into the repository.
Turn any repository file into a PDF and save it
Turn any repository file into a PDF and email it
Combine multiple files into a single PDF

You can also automate processes by hosting shared document reviews or data collection for PDF forms on your SharePoint server.
