Does anyone know how long it takes to register me as a member so I can use the convert utilities?

    Hi frankc311,

    It can take up to 48 hours for an order to process fully. I've checked your account and it looks as though your order is still processing. Once it processes fully, you'll be able to log in and use your subscription.
