the document is 286,186 KB and it is taking a really long time. how long should it take

    Are you using Acrobat to convert the PDF file to Word? The ExportPDF online service has a limit of 100 MB for uploaded files, and the file you're converting is 286 MB. If you're converting via Acrobat, then the time it takes to convert would depend on your system variables, and the complexity of the file.
