How long does it take to get my serial number from Identit-e?

on 10/15/14 i sent an email to identit-e-custserv@identit-e-.com with a student registration ID. I still have not gotten my registration #. Please advise how long it takes.

    Please see the FAQ on this page: Identit-e 2.0

    It does seem to me that you should have received your registration number by now. I suggest that you contact them via the Contact Us link on their page.
