How long does it take to issue a REFUND?

I requested that my Adobe subscription be canceled 2 months ago and have been lied multiple times now about the REFUND being issued. Time to drag Adobe to a small claims court??

    First, let me apologize in the delay. I just checked your account; there was an RMA block on your return. I've reprocessed the return and asked that the RMA block be removed.     I am ring charge from adobe for a account I don't have I log in and it says I have no active plans can you guys please stop it and I want a refund as well this is ridiculous

    I have been getting charged for an account I don't even have can you guys please stop I want a refund too. This is ridiculous
