How long until I get my refund?

Dear Sir/Madam

I have notice that although I have had confirmation that my renewal has been canceled you have NOT refunded my £19.82 purchased by error and already explained. I trust you will action my refund immediately as promised some weeks ago.



I have completed the manage my account and cancelled my plan and do not wish to be charged on renewal date and or from then on .

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your account and saw that while auto-renewal was turned off, no refund had been processed. I went ahead canceled your account and processed a full refund. For your reference, the return order ID is AD002526281UK. You can expect to see a refund in your account in the next 5-7 days. (I'll send you a private message with my email address, so you can contact me directly if the refund doesn't appear as promised.)

    NOTICE BEFORE ACTION!!!

    I am now getting fed up having to keep contacting you's regarding my refund of £19.82 which you promised would be credited back into my account by now according to your lady email.

    Please will you address this ASAP or I shall have to consider what action should be appropriate next to recover my money which clearly you are withholding now illegally.

    I can understand your frustration Mr Rogers. I've escalated the refund (which is definitely in progress) to a Customer Care agent, who will help push it through.
