HOW many computers will 1 license serve

Not being commercial, I use Adobe products on 2 PC computers and a mac book. How many computer are supported with the cloud based programs.

I am a retired photographer. My budget is limited.  I would enjoy using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft office. The cost to use acrobat is prohibitive for me.

Is it possible to have the convenience of Adobes products and Microsoft office at a reduced use, or some kind of  limit OR major reduction of price?
