Question

how many files can I send?

I'm a member but when I tried uploading files to send to someone, a pop up message stated that I need to upgrade since I'm sending more than 50 files.  When I signed up for this membership (paid membership), it did not say that I have limitation other than I can use up to 20 GB of data.  I didn't sign up for Adobe Send.  I'm a 2-year member with Adobe SendNow.

When did this limitation take effect?  Why wasn't I notified when you switched from adobe SendNow to Adobe Send?

Thanks,

Ibrahim Saleh

    Hi sale0048,

Adobe SendNow is still transitioning to Adobe Send, and the two services will coexist until that transition is complete. While there is a 50-file limit for Adobe Send, you should still be able to log in directly to Sign in or create an account | Adobe SendNow and send as many files as you need, up to that 20 GB limit.

I believe that Adobe SendNow subscribers were sent an email about this transition; but perhaps yours got lost in a Spam folder...

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Best,

    Sara
