I am new to this.  I have called and your phone support is not help!

How much storage is provided?  And how do I receive a file?  Is it similar to drop box?  And where is the outlook app?

    Hi,

Storage space is limited to 100GB for the Premium Plus account; we're investigating the possibility of adding more space, but at this time 100GB is the absolute cap.

If the other SendNow user sends it to the email address (through SendNow) that you used for your Adobe ID, the file should appear in your Received Files tab.

No,It is not similar to drop box.In drop box files can be stored but through SendNow you can send files.

Please refer this link to install Adobe Send outlook plug-in: https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/landing/adobesend-outlook-plugin.html

    Note:

Adobe SendNow is being transitioned to Adobe Send. SendNow subscribers can start using Adobe Send immediately.

For a limited time you can still access your SendNow account. Starting in October, however, you and your recipients will be able to download previously sent SendNow files, and you will be able to continue to track them, but any new files will need to be sent using Adobe Send.

    Regards,

    Florence
