how to cancel subscription and monthly payments for Adobe Export PDF ?

Thank you for your good will but it's not so easy as it looks. In my case when I click MY PLANES I can't find the option "Cancel", as stated in Adobe page. So , always as stated, ( Don't see a Cancel plan button? Contact us to cancel your membership.) I try to contact them but the only Contact Option I find is the COMMUNITY FORUMS. So it' s always a closed circle wirhout any possibility to solve my problem. I confirm it's a real shame ( or a real fraud ?) that Adobe doesn't allow how to cancel. I would like a direct  answer  by Adobe, if possible.
