How to cancel the renovation of subcription with Adobe ExportPDF

How, I already used this forum because I wanted to cancel the renovation of this subscription and I was told that it was already cancelled so I didn't need to worry about it. Well, I've received this mornig an email stating that my subscription was renovated again and I was charged 24.54€.

These are the details:

I'm already fed up with this situation, I want this subscription cancelled and my money refunded ASP.
