how to change highlighting tool?

Hello,

I am trying to change the highlighting tool in my Adobe Acrobat DC. Currently, it is a circle that creates a free-form line. What am I looking for is the box that highlights text if you right click on your mouse? Help! I can't seem to find anything on the web or Adobe community about this topic.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

If you are still experiencing the same trouble, then could you please help us with the screenshot of the pdf file on which you have highlighted text?

You can check the highlighting preferences to see if that helps-

1- Select some text with highlighting tool

2- Right click >Properties> Appearance>Change Opacity.
