How to contact Adobe.com

As the online chat service is not available the other option given is to telephone but after going through all the various options they then put you on hold and leave you listening to music for 9 minutes minimum. Surely there must be a quicker way to get technical help with their product that doesn't work even after they take payment.

Hi Sara

I had an online chat with a lady called Sreenath at customer care last Sunday and she checked up and saw that I’d purchased a yearly subscription but I was having difficulty using the part that allowed me to convert a word document to pdf and after she tried to resolve the issue and failed she told me to call them back and ask to be put through to technical help. See transcript of my conversation with her; But I am unable to contact them.

Regards

David Hughes

info: You are now chatting with Sreenath.

Sreenath: Hello! Welcome to Adobe Customer Service.

Sreenath: Hi David.

Sreenath: I understand that you are unable to use the subscription.

David Hughes: I've paid a yearly subscription but are unable to convert a word document to pdf

info: Your chat transcript will be sent to dedhughes117@btinternet.com at the end of your chat.

Sreenath: I checked and see that you have placed the order for Adobe ExportPDF, Annual under the Adobe account.

Sreenath: May I know the error message you are getting while converting the file?

David Hughes: There's no error message it just keeps asking me to sign in

David Hughes: I enter the location of the file to convert but underneath it say 'Sign up now' the box with 'Convert' is greyed out and cannot be used

Sreenath: I checked and see that this is a technical issue and I suggest you to contact us back on tomorrow so that we can transfer the chat to the technical team who will assist you to resolve the issue for you.

David Hughes: OK no problem, many thanks for your cooperation

Sreenath: You are most welcome.

Sreenath: Thank you for contacting Adobe. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Goodbye!

Hi David,

Are you still having trouble signing in? Are you signing in via Adobe Reader or the ExportPDF website (https://cloud.acrobat.com)? Please clear the browser cache, and then try logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com, and let me know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
