how to convert a multi page pdf to a single image?
I need to convert a 4 page article I've written from pdf to a single image (not 4 images) for posting to social media.

As per the description above, you want to convert a 4 page PDF file into a single image file, Is that correct?
Using the Adobe PDFPack services, there is no such option to convert a 4-page pdf file into one image as PDF page's content will be exported to an individual image.
