how to convert many jpeg to pdf well

I have lots of scanned images in jpeg format

which I usually print using Adobe Photoshop to obtain the exact size of the scanned object.

Final print size is important as other decisions will be made upon this.

I would like to prepare a pdf file

which would combine the the group of images into 1 file

and maintain original size when printed using Adobe Acrobat at 100%
