how to convert mmr (g4) file type (fax machine scan sent to email)

Please help with question. Paid for Adobe Reader (2015 version) but it did not help convert only scrambled characters around the doc. (plus enlarged characters) Please help how to convert w/o scramble.

    Adobe Reader is free. You paid for the PDF Pack, but I do not believe the fax is supported. I will move this post where someone that uses it might know.
