To convert a PDF file to JPEG format, you can use the Adobe PDF Pack online subscription or Acrobat. In either case, it's a pretty straightforward operation. In Acrobat, you choose File > Save as Other > Image > JPEG. With Adobe PDF Pack, you log on to your subscription at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and then choose the file you want to convert and the format you want to convert it to.
