I'm not sure that I follow. Are you trying to copy text in a Word document? Are you converting the file to or from PDF?

I've checked your account, and don't see that you have any Acrobat.com subscriptions. Are you using an Acrobat.com online subscription, or Word only?

If you have a Word document that you'd like to convert to PDF, you can use Adobe PDF Pack or Acrobat to do that.

If the problem is only with Word, then a better place to seek your answer would be on Microsoft's website.

But, if you *are* using an Acrobat.com online service, please let us know what you're using, and what the extact issue is. (Sorry that I'm having trouble following your request.)
