How to copy and paste from the Adobe converted file?

    Hi miss keli,

    Have you converted a file from PDF to an Office format, such as Word or Excel? If so, please try inserting the cursor in the text block that you want to copy and triple-clicking to select the text. If that doesn't work, it may that your PDF was converted as an image and not as editable text.

    Please tell me more about the file that you're working with, and we'll get you pointed in the right direction.

    Well it was allowing me to copy and paste yesterday and today it is not. When It does it brings up a Microsoft word but then it shows the western windows, western mac, thing as such so idk but it is really bothering me due to I copy and past as a cited material.
