How to Create Links to Specific Page in External Word File within a PDF?

Is this capability even possible? I have a Word file converted to a PDF with several links within the text to external Word files. Ideally, the Word files would open to specific pages or paragraphs.
Is the functionality of opening to a specific spot in an external linked file possible?
