How to create templates with the prefilled fields using Adobe Sign.

i need to create a template for our t&c as i need my collueagues to fill some parts before sending and also asking the signee to give some information like bank details, home address and choose some options. How do i do that as a template so everyone can just fill the prefilled sections and send it.

With the help of your existing subscription you can create templates which can be reusable. How exactly it works, for that you may refer to this help article here: Create an Adobe Sign template
