Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in response to this query.

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that can not be downloaded on computer. However, it can be used online via web browser and through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC.

Following the steps mentioned below you can activate your service-

1- Adobe PDF Pack https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-pdfpack.html  is an online service that you can use via web browser  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

2- You can also access the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
