how to enter permissions password

Hi,

Password protected files cannot currently be previewed directly from within files.Acrobat.com. You will need to download them first.

However, you can use Adobe Reader XI on your mobile device or desktop, or Adobe Acrobat XI on the desktop to access and open your password protected files.

On a mobile device

• Open Adobe Reader XI (if you have it installed)
• From the left panel select 'Acrobat.com'
• Log in with your Adobe ID and password
• A list of your files that are stored on files.acobat.com will be listed
• Select the PDF and enter password

On the desktop

• Launch Adobe Reader XI or Adobe Reader XI
• From the File menu select Open
• From the Open dialog select the drop down 'Open from Online Account'
• Select 'Acrobat.com'
• You will be prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID
• Once signed in you can access your PDFs stored in files.acobat.com
• Select the PDF and enter password
