How to find and upload pdf document from my phone to document cloud?

To complete both the task mentioned above, first you need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader Free mobile app and PDF viewer for iPad | Adobe Acrobat DC  mobile application. I assume that you have already downloaded the app in your phone  and the pdf files you are willing to save on "Document Cloud" are saved locally?
