Question

How to get "Enable cloud-based auto tagging for accessibility" checkbox

I'm using the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 64-bit. Several of my coworkers have the "Enable cloud-based auto tagging for accessibility" checkbox available to them at Menu --> Preferences --> Accessibility, but I don't have that option. There's just... nothing there (see red box in graphic). Any ideas on how I can get the checkbox to appear as an option for me?

Hi Michael259795556qo1,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please let us know whether you use the application on a personal or work machine. If you are using a work machine, please check with your organization's IT team.

If that is not the case, please share the Acrobat and OS version you are using on the machine. Also, share a screenshot of the option you get in the Preferences window.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
