how to go about making and send files? where do I access them once the are sent and to where are they sent?

I checked your account to see if I could tell what software/subscription you are referring to, but didn't find any order history.

As far as sending, tracking, and accessing files, you can do that with Adobe Send. Please see Acrobat.com Help | Using Adobe Send.

How you make files depends entirely on what software you're using. Plase tell me more about what you're using, and I should be able to point you in the right direction.
