    Hi,

I am not sure how you save your files at Acrobat.com so please see below cases:

Download Files for ExportPDF/PDF Pack subscibers:

All exported files are stored at https://files.acrobat.com and you can login with your Adobe ID and password. then select the file and click "Download" icon at top.

Or at Web UI(https://exportpdf.acrobat.com or https://createpdf.acrobat.com) you can click “FILES” next to “TOOLS” at top or click “View All files” in the file list of “Export from PDF” tool( or “Convert to PDF” or “Combine Files” tools for PDF Pack users) that will redirect you to the above site(https://files.acrobat.com)

From Reader you can click “Store Files” under “Tools” and click the link of “Open Acrobat.com Files”

I know I can go online and then open the file and save them anywhere I want but I don’t want to do this additional step. I want to be able to save the converted file in a folder on my computer immediately. I not only can’t do this but when I open a pdf file sent to me and I want to save them it only saves them to my desktop or online? How do I stop this???

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

There is no way to stop saving your files at Acrobat.com site.

    Thank you again.
