How to I upload files from adobe mobile to adobe cloud

Hello,

how do I back up my files from the adobe mobile app from my iPad onto the acrobat cloud so I can save and access the pdf'sfrom any devise?  I followed the app help but I couldn't find the links it was telling me to follow.
