HOW DO I TRANSFER MY PACKAGE TO ANOTHER COMPUTER IF MY ORIGINAL COMPUTER IS BROKEN?

Adobe must have moved to Elbonia where Dilbert has his software support.

There is no method (even after opening up my account) to download my product onto another computer.

Hello Teds,

As per the description above, you want to download/transfer the Adobe PDFPack services on a different computer and use it, Is that correct?

The Adobe PDFPack is an online Document Cloud services and can be accessed through a browser and free desktop version of Adobe Reader. But it cannot be installed on a machine or transferred from one machine to another.

Assuming you were using the services of Adobe PDFPack through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader on the  previous machine, please download and install the Adobe Reader DC on the new computer and "Sign-in" with your current Adobe Id and password in Adobe Reader DC and start using Adobe PDFPack services. Download Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

You can also access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

Anand Sri.
