how to prevent when converting a file from PDF to word ternig in to mirror view?

I am using a pc, when converting a PDF file in to word file the document that comes out is in mirror view

please help me fix this.

also when scanning number of pages some of them flips 180', how can I fix that?

How have you converted the PDF to Word and what version of Acrobat are you using?

Is this issue appearing with a particular PDF?
