How do you rotate a PDF file that is up side down?

    Hi jasonstraw,

    To rotate the pages in a PDF, you need to use Acrobat. However, you can rotate the view (a temporary change that isn't saved with the document), you can do that in both Reader and Acrobat by choosing View > Rotate View.

    This option does not exist.  The rotate pdf option has been disabled on all browsers and operating systems.

    Don't use a browser, use Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
