How to save PDF to my hard drive

I just signed up for file conversion to PDF.  I converted a word file to PDF and downloaded the file,  How can I save the PDF to my hard drive?  I don't see such an option available.

Thank you for subscribing to CreatePDF service.

If you are using IE9 on Windows 7 then click "Save as" from "Save" pulldown menu after clicking "Download" icon.

Steps:

1. Selec Convert to PDF tool at right pane

2. Click "Select Files" button then choose your file

3. Click "Download" button in progress bar

4. Open pulldown menu from "Save" button (using triangle next Save)

Other browsers may download your files under "Downloads" folder on Windows system then you need to move them.
