How to send a document requiring multiple signatures, to many recipients?

I need to send for signatures, a liability waiver to 300 party attendees, each requiring the signature of the attendee and their parent. Can this be accomplished using Adobe Sign?

Would you mind elaborating on the workflow in which you will require a signature?

Are you trying to send the document to each attendee on which two signatures will require?
