How to sign in?  Each time the program asks me to subscribe.

    Hi marilyn2,

    I checked your account, and I do see that you have an active Acrobat Pro subscription, which was placed on July 23. But that's the only order history I see under your email address. What service are you trying to log in to?

    Hi Sara, thanks for replying.  Yup, I have a subscription and was simply trying to open an existing Adobe file, but the software kept asking me to subscribe.  Finally I reinstalled it, and it now works.
