How to stop freezing of pdf file ?

When I open a pdf file and give command to print (control + p) the file freezes and file matter goes grey and cannot proceed or even close the file.

How to over come this problem and print the matter?

    Hi vibgyor,

    Are you printing from Acrobat or Reader (and what version)? Are you able to print other PDF files, or does this issue occur regardless of what file you try to print? What happens when you print by choosing File > Print?

    Please let us know the answer to these questions, so we can point you in the right direction for a solution.
