How to turn of Adobe cloud link prompt in Outlook using registry or GPO

Dear Madam or Sir,

due to GDPR, we would like to turn off the option for our users to send attachments via Adobe document cloud when sending from Outlook. Is there any documented way to do this correctly, before we try to MacGyver something using logon scripts or fumbled registry entries?
