How to update Adobe Export PDF -service ?

I bought Adobe Export PDF -service in November 2015. Now my accountant informed me to update this because I was not able to open the document (in PDF-form) she emailed me. I tried to find hints how to make this updating but couldn't find any. Could anyone help me pls.?

Adobe Export PDF service is an online service and used to convert PDF to other format files.

Please let us know the Adobe application you use to open PDF.

Do you get any error message when you try to open PDF?

If yes, please share the exact error message
