How to upgrade from Adobe ExportPDF to Adobe PDFPack?
Ik wil een upgrade van PDF Export naar PDF Pack maar vervolgens krijg ik de melding dat ik contact op moet nemen met klantsupport. Dus dat zou graag willen om dit af te kunnen handelen.

As per the description above, you want to upgrade the current Adobe ExportPDF subscription to Adobe PDFPack subscription, Is that correct?
The upgrade option in Document Cloud subscription is not available, please contact Adobe support team Contact Customer Care to unsubscribe Adobe ExportPDF subscription, and place a new order of Adobe PDFPack on the same Adobe ID.
