I have Adobe PDF pack on my laptop. Can I install it on my desk top with the same subscription

Yes, of course you can do that.

Adobe PDF pack is an online service that you can use via https://cloud.acrobat.com/ from any computer.

You can also install the desktop application Adobe Reader DC and can access it through that.

You just need to "Sign In" using the same email address under which you have signed up for the PDF Pack subscription.
