I am on a ship headed to Chile. I have limited connectivity. I need to use my PDF Pack that resides on my workstation in California. Can I down load and use my pdf Pack here on my mobile work station?

Hello CFXC,

As per the description above, you want to use the Adobe PDFPack services on your mobile workstation, Is that correct?

You can access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  on Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari. You can also access the services through the free desktop app of Adobe Reader, download and install the Reader and sign in with your current Adobe ID and password and use the services of Adobe PDFPack.

To download the Reader use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
