How to use distibuted forms with acrobat.com ?

I use acrobat 9 pro and made the entire process to crate a form and distibute it

finally, when I want to send a mail to contributors, it can't create my workspace on the server.

Could you help me ?

Don't use Workspaces; it will be deactivated by the end of this year. Use Files at https://cloud.acrobat.com/

And again, don't use Workspaces!
