How to use Export PDF and which program I need to download?
I have pdf export subscription. How can i use it and what program should i install?

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can use on web https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf as well as you can install the Adobe Reader DC desktop application and use it through that.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Make sure that you are Signed In using with your Adobe ID, on the web and Adobe Reader DC application to activate your subscription.
