Hyperlink lost converting word into PDF

Converting a Word (*.docx) document into PDF using Word's builtin PDF converter or Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Standard didn't work (Hyperlink's are lost). So, I subscribed for a Adobe PDF pack hoping converting it into PDF online would make a difference. It didn't. Is this a known issue?...Sorry if this has already been discovered...
